※The tuition fee includes costs for the regular Japanese language curriculum and two field trips.

※Expenses for course materials are billed at actual cost.

※ Concerning refunds No paid money will be refunded except in the following cases

1. The paid money less the application fee will be refunded if your Certificate of Eligibility is not issued.

2. If your application for an entry visa is not approved by the foreign diplomatic mission, the paid money less the application fee will be refunded, subject to the return of the Certificate of Admission and the submission of documents that show evidence of your failure to obtain the visa.

3. If your application for admission is withdrawn before your arrival in Japan, the paid money less the application fee and entrance fee will be refunded, subject to the return of both the Certificate of Eligibility and Certificate of Admission.

4. If your application for admission is withdrawn after your arrival in Japan, the paid money less the withdrawal fee (equivalent to tuition fee for three months) will be refunded after your return to your home country has been confirmed.

5. In the case that you leave school before completion, the paid tuition fee for the remaining semesters (on a three-month basis) will be refunded after the confirmation of your return to our home country or change of visa, and subject to notification one month prior to the start of each semester. (However, tuition fees will not be refunded if a student withdraws from our school within 6 months from his/her admission date.)

6. In the case that you are removed from the school due to a violation of a law or school regulation, no tuition fee will be refunded.
